About the Chef

Executive Chef Todd Lesakowski


Todd Lesakowski, Executive Chef of William K's Restaurant is a native of Buffalo who recently returned to the WNY area after residing on the east coast, working under many of the great chef's of New York City, Boston, MA and Providence, Rhode Island. 

He began his love for cooking at an early age, working at his family's restaurant. He left Buffalo to further his career and moved to NYC. His portfolio includes working at the Gotham Bar and Grille under Executive Chef Alfred Portale as well as notable chef's Marco Morrisera, Ming Tsai, Ruth Rogers, Tony Maws, Chris Coombs, Adrienne Mosier and Oliver Maillard. His passion for food is evident in this creative cuisine and his many talents are reflected in his dishes- both in flavors and his presentation; each dish a work of art.
