About the Chef

Executive Chef Seth Williams

Seth Williams, Executive Chef of William K's Restaurant is a no stranger to the culinary scene. A native of Western New York, his love of food started at a young age. At the age of 18, Chef Seth was already working in a sous chef's position in a high end restaurant in the WNY area. Fast forward 20 years, Chef Seth is a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) from the American Culinary Federation. Along with this accreditation, Seth has medaled three times in he NACUFS competition taking gold and bronze medals respectively. 
His unique ideas of combining fusion food with comfort style will delight anyone's pallet, After recently working in the corporate world, Seth is thrilled to be back in the kitchen where he can use his creativity and talents in an a la carte setting.
